Terms And Conditions

Your instructor will,

• Always conduct themselves in a professional and considerate manner.
• Carry out a course of practical lessons to cater for your individual needs.
• Ensure that each lesson consists of an introduction, practical training and give appropriate feedback.
• Monitor your progress and advise you of the appropriate time to apply for your theory and practical tests.
• Carry out all lessons in a well presented, dual controlled car.
• Endeavour to be on time for all lessons and complete the full time agreed.
• Endeavour to give 2 days notice if a lesson needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Respond professionally to any concerns or issues you may have, in the appropriate manner.

As a Pupil, please

• Ensure that you are licensed to drive the tuition vehicle.
• Ensure that payment will be made in advance of each lesson.
• Provide your instructor with 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. should you fail to do this, you will be charged the full lesson fee.
